COHOBÉ is a French word meaning to redistill, concentrate, and enhance aromas. In its elegant decanter inspired by the earliest stills, our COHOBÉ single malt concentrates and magnifies the aromas of barley with the precision and delicacy of a perfume. COHOBÉ is a unique whisky, embodying all the expertise of the Cognac region in distillation and aging.
COHOBÉ ELEVATION is produced using a light malting process, selective redistillation, and a bespoke aging process in small French oak casks. This method gives our whisky its distinctive finesse.
COHOBÉ ELEVATION is an airy whisky, all finesse, aromatic tension, with a light gold color, with fine, slightly floral notes followed by spicier and more indulgent accents.

Clear, bright, blond gold.
NOSE
Elévation offers remarkable finesse, slightly mineral. Delicate malty notes emerge, followed by more floral notes (rosehip, narcissus) which are quickly replaced by delicate fruity and spicy accents.
The palate is filled with a swirling, harmonious blend of exquisitely delicate aromas. The tannins are silky, the texture light, yet the flavors are bold and pronounced, reminiscent of pollen, culminating in a long and luscious finish.
Elévation has everything you look for in a whisky: tension, a subtle interplay of aromas, all in perfect balance, like a tightrope walker of flavors. You can savor warm grains, flowers, and fresh fruit. It's an ode to naturalness.
Exchange and refund policy

Pursuant to Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have the option to return, at your own expense, to our registered office address indicated in Article 1, the product within seven (7) days of delivery, for exchange or refund, in good condition and in its original packaging with the original invoice.
Return shipping costs will be covered.
SPIRITIQUE will only cover return shipping costs (at the current standard rate) if both of the following conditions are met: The delivery does not conform to the order. You have filed a claim with the carrier (see Article 8: Transport and Liability). In this case, please contact our customer service department, whose contact details are provided in Article 12, to choose a carrier.
Delivery information
Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity ordered. The shipping price is calculated based on the above and appears on a specific line item in the order form, which is updated as the order progresses.
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer only in Metropolitan France, at the time of their order (or by a delivery notice or notification of availability if the customer is absent). Once the shipment has been made, any request to change the delivery address will result in an additional shipping charge; the amount will be indicated to the customer and invoiced, payable in advance.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location. Delivery typically takes between 4 and 7 business days. This timeframe begins upon receipt of payment or bank authorization, in the case of prepaid delivery (online credit card). In any event, delivery must be made within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the order is placed. If delivery cannot be guaranteed within this timeframe, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel their order. They may then request an exchange or a refund.
